This information is always right at your fingertips, and can be printed out for reports, datasheets, etc. Want to look up the address of the gallery that sold you a particular scope, or the salesperson at that gallery, or how much you paid for the scope versus its retail list price? No problem, all the information for every kaleidoscope in your collection is visible on a single screen. Kaleidotrak V2.1 accepts data records provided by The Mirrors & Light Gallery for quick and automatic data and image file entry.
You can store up to ten images along with each kaleidoscope record. You can add, remove, or change images at any time. These images are invaluable in providing a permanent visual record of your collection for estate planning, insurance purposes, general reference, etc.

The screen colors can be totally customized. Almost every aspect of the Kaleidotrak display screens can be modified to suit your tastes.
An easy-to-navigate control panel puts all the necessary commands in a single location. No hunting around for cryptic icons. With a few clicks, you can find kaleidoscopes all by a certain artist, all wheel kaleidoscopes, all kaleidoscopes purchased from a specific dealer, etc. You can quickly sort your collection by price, artist, year, etc.
